ALIER SA’s business management model is based on strict compliance with the law and the prevention of criminal risk in all aspects involved in the exercise of its activity.

To do this, it has had a compliance model since 2015 that provides the company with a set of tools whose purpose is to create a true culture of regulatory compliance.

ALIER SA’s compliance model is a system for the prevention, detection, control and management of regulatory risk that affects all members of the organization, regardless of their position or function in the organization.

INTERNAL COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS

The compliance of ALIER SA imposes guidelines in favor of the establishment of an ethical culture through the elaboration of internal regulations that, together with the current regulations and the regulations on criminal liability of legal entities, configure the compliance model of mandatory compliance for all members of ALIER SA. These standards are the Code of Ethics and the Criminal Compliance Policies.

 

ALIER SA’s Code of Ethics exposes the commitment and ethical responsibility in management, and the will to develop its organizational management with moral integrity, honesty, transparency and compliance with the law.

The Criminal Compliance Policies constitute the internal regulatory body through which mandatory standards are established for the entire organization in order to prevent crime.

We have an Equal Opportunities Plan for men and women,supporting non-discrimination.
This plan is made up of an ordered set of measures, detecting the strengths and areas for improvement in terms of equality.
We have analyzed each aspect through quantitative and qualitative data, these have provided us with relevant information on the conditions of our staff of collaborators.

Our Action Protocol in situations of Harassment is a document generated with the commitment to prevent situations of sexual and/or psychological harassment from occurring.
The Protocol defines the behaviors to be prevented, mentions the specific measures to be followed, to give rise to complaints or claims that could be formulated by those who believe they are the object of the aforementioned behaviors.
We have an efficient and agile investigation procedure, guaranteeing the confidentiality and protection of the identity of the affected people who intervene in the process.
